Daniel Natareno has been a successful Mortgage Broker for the past 18 years, serving clients across the GTA. Daniel’s proudest achievement is the relationships he has built with his clients, saying “as cliche as it may sound, my proudest achievement is the trusting relationships and friendships I have built with my clients.” Daniel has worked with many clients multiple times and, on a daily basis, earns the opportunity to assist his clients’ family, friends and colleagues, which he feels is a great honour because those relationships are what continue to drive and grow his business.  “It shows me they were happy with my work and are now advocates on my behalf.” Daniel credits the success of his business to a client-first, honest and service-oriented approach where each client feels comfortable that they are getting the right advice and know that he is working in the their best interest, not his own.Daniel has been quoted in numerous media outlets and publications including the National Post, Toronto Star, The Globe and Mail, Newswire, and others. Daniel and his dynamic team have consistently received the Mortgage Intelligence Award of Excellence and have been within the Top Ten in Volume across the country over the same period. Daniel has served on many industry advisory boards including the MCAP Broker Advisory Board, the Genworth Financial Broker Advisory Board and the Mortgage Intelligence Regional Advisory Board. Daniel is a member in good standing with MPC (Mortgage Professionals Canada) for over the past decade and has earned his AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professional Designation).
